Zac Efron is a well-known actor who has been in the spotlight for over a decade. He first gained fame as Troy Bolton in Disney’s High School Musical franchise and has since become a household name, starring in movies such as Baywatch, The Greatest Showman, and Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile.

Aside from his acting career, Efron is also known for his impressive physique. He has always been fit but took it to another level when he played a lifeguard in Baywatch. To achieve this look, he had to follow a strict diet and exercise regimen.

Efron’s diet mainly consists of whole foods such as lean protein (chicken breast, fish), complex carbohydrates (brown rice, sweet potatoes), healthy fats (avocado, nuts), fruits and vegetables. He avoids processed foods such as chips, cookies and candy which are high in sugar and unhealthy fats.

His workouts were often focused on specific body parts – chest day or back day – ensuring that each part got enough attention to gain strength.
