Get Your Daily Dose of Antioxidants with Matcha Granola Bars: An Interview with an Expert

Interview with a Matcha Granola Bar Expert

Today, we are excited to share an interview with Sarah, the founder of a popular Matcha granola bar company. She is passionate about creating healthy snacks that are both tasty and satisfying.

Q: What inspired you to create Matcha granola bars?
A: I am a big fan of Matcha green tea and its health benefits. I was also looking for a convenient snack option that would keep me energized throughout the day. So, I decided to combine these two ideas and create Matcha granola bars.

Q: How do you source your ingredients?
A: We use only high-quality organic ingredients in our products. We work closely with farmers and suppliers who share our commitment to sustainable agriculture practices.

Q: What makes your bars different from other granola bars on the market?
A: Our bars are made with real food ingredients- no artificial flavors or preservatives. Plus, they contain Matcha which is known for its antioxidant properties.

Q: Can you walk us through the production process?
A: Sure! First, we mix together oats, nuts, seeds, coconut oil and sweetener in large bowls. Then we add in matcha powder along with some additional spices like cinnamon or ginger depending on the flavor profile we want to achieve. The mixture gets pressed into molds before being baked until crispy!

Q: What advice do you have for people who want to incorporate more healthy snacks into their diet?
A: Find something that tastes good but also provides nutritional value! Look for snacks that are low in sugar but high in protein or fiber- this will help keep you feeling full longer between meals.

We hope this interview has piqued your interest in trying out some delicious Matcha granola bars!
