Grilled Pineapple and Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing: A Healthy and Delicious Meal!

Grilled pineapple and chicken salad with honey mustard dressing is not only healthy but also delicious. This salad is packed with nutrients, antioxidants, and proteins that will keep you full for longer.

To make the grilled pineapple and chicken salad, start by grilling the chicken breasts until they are fully cooked. Then, cut them into bite-sized pieces and set them aside. Next, slice a fresh pineapple into rings or chunks and grill it until it’s lightly browned on both sides.

For the honey mustard dressing, whisk together some dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil in a bowl until well combined. Season it with salt and pepper to taste.

To assemble the salad, start by adding some mixed greens to a large bowl. Then top it off with sliced red onions, cherry tomatoes halved lengthwise and avocado slices. Add your grilled chicken pieces onto the bed of greens followed by your grilled pineapples on top of everything else.

Finally drizzle your honey mustard dressing over all ingredients in the bowl then toss everything together gently so as not to crush any of the ingredients while ensuring an even coating of dressing throughout..
