To maintain her energy levels and stay hydrated, Jennifer drinks plenty of water throughout the day. She also avoids alcohol and caffeine which can dehydrate the body.

Jennifer’s commitment to healthy eating is not just about looking good but also feeling good. In an interview, she said “I’m constantly thinking about what I put into my body and how it affects me mentally and physically”.

In addition to her diet, Jennifer is also committed to a regular exercise routine. She works out with a personal trainer several times a week doing strength training, cardio, and dance-based workouts like Zumba or salsa. This variety keeps things interesting while targeting different areas of her body for optimal results.
