3. Hot sauce: For those who like their food spicy, hot sauce can be a great addition to meals like eggs or chicken dishes. Most hot sauces have zero calories.

4. Vinegar-based dressings: Salad dressings can be full of empty calories but vinegar-based dressings like balsamic vinaigrette or apple cider vinegar dressing have fewer than 50 calories per serving.

5. Yogurt-based dips: Instead of sour cream dip for chips or veggies, try using Greek yogurt mixed with herbs and spices for a healthier option that’s still creamy and flavorful.
