Our third expert, personal trainer Kate Brown shares some tips on this topic: “There are plenty of plant-based sources of protein like tofu, lentils or beans which have high amounts of protein per serving,” she suggests. Brown also adds that combining certain foods together (like rice and beans) can make up for any incomplete proteins.

Emma Watson has also spoken about her love for cooking meals from scratch whenever possible – something our experts agree is important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Cooking at home allows you to control what goes into your food while avoiding hidden sugars, salt, and preservatives. “Plus, it can be a fun way to experiment with new ingredients and flavors,” says Johnson.

It’s clear that Emma Watson’s healthy eating journey is a holistic one. She not only focuses on the foods she eats but also on her overall lifestyle. For example, she has mentioned in interviews that she enjoys yoga and meditation as part of her self-care routine. Lee agrees that taking care of your body goes beyond just diet: “Physical activity is important for maintaining muscle mass and bone density, while reducing stress levels.”
