5 Delicious High-Fiber Smoothie Recipes to Start Your Day!

Here are some of our favorite high-fiber smoothie recipes that taste delicious and are easy to make:

1. Berry Blast Smoothie:
Ingredients:
– 1 cup frozen mixed berries
– 1 banana
– ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
– ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Ingredients:
– 2 cups baby spinach leaves
– 1 banana
– ½ avocado
– Juice of one lime
– A handful of fresh mint leaves
– A pinch of sea salt

– Half teaspoon cinnamon

Ingredients:
*One small orange peeled
*Half mango peeled and chopped
*One kiwi fruit peeled
*Half medium-sized ripe papaya peeled, seeded, and cubed
*Two-inch piece ginger root grated
*One and a half cups unsweetened coconut water

Instructions: Put all your ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.

5. Banana Oatmeal Smoothie:

– One banana
– Half cup rolled oats
– One tablespoon honey
– Half cup almond milk
– A pinch of cinnamon
