Detoxification refers to the process of eliminating toxins and harmful substances from the body. The human body has natural detoxification mechanisms that include the liver, kidneys, lungs, skin, and lymphatic system. However, in today’s world of pollution, pesticides in food products and air pollutants can overload these natural detoxification processes. Therefore it becomes essential to support these organs by engaging in a Detox plan.

The most common way people choose to detox is through their diet. A healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables can help supply your body with vitamins and minerals necessary for optimal functioning while also providing antioxidants that protect against free radicals damage.
