Reducing Saturated and Trans Fats: A Healthier Way to Eat
Saturated and trans fats are types of fats that can increase your risk of heart disease, stroke, and other health problems. While some amount of fat is necessary for a healthy diet, it is important to reduce the intake of saturated and trans fats to maintain good health.

It’s important to read food labels carefully when shopping as many packaged items contain high levels of unhealthy fat content. Opt for fresh fruits vegetables instead processed snacks with empty calories.
