It also reminds me to be present in the moment which is so important when juggling a busy career with personal life.

Q: Lastly, what are some of your favorite indulgences when it comes to food?

A: Oh gosh – there are so many! Some of my favorites include chocolate chip cookies (I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t love them), sushi rolls with spicy mayo sauce, and anything involving avocado (avocado toast is a staple in my diet). The key is moderation – enjoying these treats in moderation makes them even more special.
