10.Pour vegetable broth or water into the pot let it boil on high heat then lower heat once boiled.Cover pot partially with lid during cooking time.(cook until tender-about twenty-five minutes)
11.Blend soup mixture using blender stick or transfer in batches to blender and blend until smooth.
12.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
