If you’re looking for an exotic choice try dragonfruit! This cactus-like fruit offers both a refreshing flavor profile alongside its low-calorie content at around sixty (60) Calories per cup along with a good supply of Vitamin C, Calcium and Iron.

While these low-calorie fruits are healthy choices, it’s essential to remember that portion control is key. Eating too much fruit, even low-calorie options can still lead to weight gain if consumed in excess.
