"Upgrade Your Healthy Eating Game with the Philips Airfryer XXL"

When it comes to healthy eating, it’s important to consider not just what you’re eating, but how it’s prepared. That’s why I was excited to try out the air fryer from Philips.

The concept of an air fryer is simple: it uses hot air to cook food instead of oil, resulting in a healthier end product with all the crispy texture we love. The Philips Airfryer XXL takes that concept and expands on it, offering a larger cooking capacity for families or those who like to meal prep.

First things first: the design of this appliance is sleek and modern. It doesn’t take up too much counter space, and the black exterior matches any kitchen decor. The controls are easy to use and understand, with options for temperature (up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and time (up to 60 minutes).

I started off by making some sweet potato fries – a classic test for any air fryer. I cut up fresh sweet potatoes into thin wedges and tossed them with a little bit of olive oil and salt before placing them in the basket. With just one button press, they were cooking away.

One thing I noticed right away was how quiet the machine is compared to traditional deep-frying methods. There was no loud sizzling or popping – just a gentle hum from the machine itself.

After about 15 minutes of cooking time, my sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy on the outside while still being tender on the inside. They tasted great without any added grease or fat – definitely a win in my book.

Next up was some chicken breast seasoned with herbs de Provence. I placed two pieces in the basket at once since there’s plenty of room in this model. Again, no additional oil was needed thanks to the hot air circulating around them.

The chicken took about 20 minutes total cook time at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. The result was juicy and flavorful, with a nice golden crust on the outside.

What I appreciate most about the Philips Airfryer XXL is its versatility. It can be used to cook so many different types of food – from vegetables to meats to even baked goods like muffins or bread.

Cleanup is also a breeze thanks to the non-stick interior of the basket and removable parts that are dishwasher safe. No more scrubbing away at greasy pans!

Overall, I highly recommend giving an air fryer a try if you’re looking for healthier cooking options without sacrificing flavor or texture. And if you’re in need of one with a larger capacity, the Philips Airfryer XXL delivers on both fronts.
