Moreover,Khloe maintains a balanced diet by incorporating lean proteins into every meal she eats.This helps keep hunger at bay between meals.Khloe prefers lean protein sources such as chicken breast,turkey breast,fish,eggs,yogurt,cottage cheese etc.Khloe also incorporates fibrous foods like vegetables because they help fill up without adding too many calories or fat.Also,she takes lots of water throughout the day which keeps her hydrated thereby flushing out toxins from the system.

In addition,Khloe understands the importance of portion control.Food portions today tend to be larger than what our bodies actually need.For this reason,Khloe uses smaller plates when serving meals.She also makes sure not to skip any meal especially breakfast so as not to overeat later during lunch or dinner time.

Khloe also practices intermittent fasting where she fasts for 14-16 hours every day.This helps her body to burn fat as an energy source instead of glucose,which in turn leads to weight loss.

Lastly,Khloe takes care of her mental health by practicing meditation and mindfulness exercises.Eating healthy is not just about the food you put in your body but also how you take care of your mind.Khloe prioritizes self-care and does activities that help reduce stress levels such as yoga.
