One advantage of choosing lean beef over other meats is that it contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which has been shown to reduce body fat and improve overall health. CLA also helps build muscle mass while reducing inflammation.

However, it’s important to note that not all beef is created equal. Grass-fed cattle tend to have higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants than grain-fed cattle. Additionally, processed meats like hot dogs or sausages should be avoided due to their high sodium content.
