A: Cravings can be tough! Trust me; I still get them occasionally too (laughs). When they strike, I try to find healthier alternatives that satisfy my taste buds without compromising nutritionally.

For example, instead of reaching for regular potato chips or cookies when craving something crunchy, I opt for air-popped popcorn or homemade kale chips. These options are lower in calories and packed with vitamins and minerals.
