Instructions:
Start by pressing the tofu between two plates lined with paper towels to remove excess water. Cut it into bite-sized cubes.
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, garlic, and ginger.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Cook until lightly browned on all sides.
Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until tender-crisp.

Roll each tofu nugget in the breadcrumb mixture until fully coated.
Place the coated nuggets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

3. Tofu Scramble:
Ingredients:
– 1 block of firm tofu
– 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– ½ teaspoon garlic powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Assorted vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, onions)
– Olive oil

Instructions:
Press the tofu to remove excess water before crumbling it into small pieces using your hands.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbled tofu and cook for about 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the nutritional yeast, turmeric powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
Throw in your choice of vegetables and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until they are cooked through but still retain their crunchiness.

4. Tofu Chocolate Pudding:
Ingredients:
– 1 block silken tofu
– ¼ cup cocoa powder
– ¼ cup maple syrup or agave nectar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture into serving bowls or glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
