2. Mash them with a fork or spoon to create a chunky texture.

4. Cook for about 10 minutes while stirring occasionally until it thickens to your liking.
5. Remove from heat and allow it to cool before transferring it into a jar.
These chia seed jams can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, but we doubt they’ll last that long! They are perfect for spreading on toast, swirling into yogurt, topping oatmeal or pancakes, or even as fillings for pastries.
