Cheesy Baked Stuffed Brussels Sprouts: A Delicious and Nutritious Snack

Brussels sprouts are one of those vegetables that have a bad reputation. They’re often thought of as bland and unappetizing, but that couldn’t be further from the truth! When cooked correctly, Brussels sprouts can be delicious and nutritious.

One way to make Brussels sprouts more appealing is by stuffing them with something tasty. In this recipe, we’ll be stuffing them with cheese and baking them until they’re crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients:
– 1 pound Brussels sprouts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Wash your Brussels sprouts thoroughly under cold water. Cut off any brown ends and remove any outer leaves that are loose or damaged.

3. Use a small knife or melon baller to hollow out each Brussels sprout. Make sure not to cut all the way through – you want to create a little pocket for your filling.

4. Drizzle your hollowed-out Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

5. Place them in a baking dish lined with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.

6. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic until well combined.

7.Fill each hollowed-out brussel sprout with about one tablespoon of the mixture using either spoon or piping bag if available .

8.Place stuffed brussels back into the baking dish ,sprinkle additional parmesan on top if desired .

9.Bake for around 25 minutes or until golden brown on top..

10.Remove from oven once done , let it cool down slightly before serving.
