Conan O’Brien is known for his quick wit and comedic timing, but did you know he’s also a proponent of healthy eating? Despite his busy schedule as a talk show host, writer, and producer, Conan makes sure to prioritize his health by making conscious choices about what he eats.

One of Conan’s dietary habits that has gained attention is his preference for a plant-based diet. In an interview with Men’s Journal, he revealed that he started following this lifestyle after watching the documentary “Forks Over Knives.” While not strictly vegan or vegetarian, Conan emphasizes consuming more fruits and vegetables while limiting meat intake.

In addition to focusing on whole foods like fruits and vegetables, Conan also avoids processed foods. He understands the negative impact they can have on one’s health and opts instead for homemade meals prepared with fresh ingredients.

It’s not just about what he eats though – Conan also pays attention to how much he eats. Portion control is key in maintaining a healthy weight and preventing overeating. As someone who enjoys food (and even has a segment on his show called “Clueless Gamer Eats”), it can be easy to indulge in excess. However, moderation is important to him when it comes to food.

Another way Conan prioritizes health is through exercise. He regularly works out with personal trainer Rodrick Covington, who focuses on strength training and mobility exercises. By staying active, Conan not only supports his physical well-being but also manages stress levels associated with hosting a late-night show.

Despite being known for indulging in junk food segments like “In the Year 2000 Snacks,” it’s clear that Conan takes healthy eating seriously. By prioritizing plants over processed foods and exercising regularly alongside portion control practices – which are practical tips anyone can follow – we see yet another side of this multi-talented entertainer: one who values living healthy at all times!
