Bake potatoes in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 45-60 minutes or until tender.
Cut open each potato lengthwise and fluff up the insides with a fork. Steam broccoli florets until tender and chop them into smaller pieces.
In a bowl, combine chopped broccoli with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper,
and any other desired seasonings. Stuff this mixture into each baked potato half. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
