-200g tofu (pressed and cubed)
-Assorted vegetables (carrots,bell peppers,broccoli etc.)
-Soy sauce/tamari/liquid amino acids
-1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional)
-Sesame oil for cooking
-Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on all sides.
3. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, stir-fry the vegetables until tender-crisp.
5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce/tamari/liquid amino acids with cornstarch (if using).
